RJC Compliance Policy

Malya Jewel Craft, Jaipur, commits to the RJC Code of Practices (2024) for responsible business in Jewelry manufacturing.

Purpose: The purpose for this policy to establish an advance ethical sourcing, human rights, labor standards, health/safety, and environmental practices across our supply chain.

Scope: This policy applies to all entities, facilities, suppliers who are handling gold, silver, diamonds, or gemstones.

Management Commitment: Mr. Rishi Sharma is the Owner of this company endorsed this policy, which will review annually, and ensures training/communication as required.

Following Key Practices shall be followed by our company for maintaining RJC COP 2024 requirements.

• Humanrights due diligence per UN Guiding Principles (COP 6)
• Supplychain transparency and KYC for high-risk suppliers (COP 7/12)
• Grievancemechanisms for workers/suppliers; report via [email/mobile]
• Health& safety of workers within 

Implementation: Compliance officer Mr. Mohit Shrivastava will oversee audits, corrective actions, and reporting.

Monitoring: Annual risk assessments, Annual Due Diligence & audits by RJC-approved Third Party.

Review: Annually or on regulatory changes
